Marco founded the agency several years ago to create a digital development tool for SMEs.

He holds a degree in administration from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (UQTR) and an MBA from the John Molson School of Business (Concordia).

Marco is currently President of Nolinor Aviation, OWG and Vinci Aviation. He is also a shareholder and director of a group of companies specializing in digital creation and communication, such as P3F, BDK and Le communicateur.

With his background in graphic design and multimedia, Mathieu is involved at all levels of P3F to ensure the agency's success. He may not remember, but he's been faithfully on the job for over 12 years!

He has grown with the company, bringing his expertise to meet clients' needs and contribute to the agency's success.

With more than 12 years of experience in the web, Bianca holds the role of production director at P3F. Being the link between clients and the team, Bianca stands out for her attentive listening, her rich experience and her strategic vision.

She is involved at all levels of projects and her ability to maintain fluid and effective communication contributes to the success of the agency's projects.

With a degree in multimedia integration and several years' experience in UI/UX design and project management, Héloïse occupies the role of project manager and designer at P3F. Her attention to detail, curiosity and transparency enable her to ensure that projects run smoothly, while delivering polished, effective web experiences.

Samuel is a passionate AI solutions strategist, specializing in the creation of tailor-made solutions. Thanks to his innovative approach and meticulous analysis, he ensures that each project is not only functional, but also tailored to customers' specific needs. Always at the forefront of the latest technological advances, Samuel is constantly exploring new trends to push back the boundaries of AI.

Mehdi is a web developer with a real passion for technology. His expertise in web development and growing interest in artificial intelligence enable him to approach every project with a curious and innovative eye.

With his CPA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation and fifteen years of experience in corporate financial management, Francis has been Financial Controller at P3F since 2021.

In addition to managing accounting and payroll, Francis is responsible for the efficient operation of the company's finances, including the budgeting process, cash management, project margin control and relations with financial partners.
