IT support intern

  • Respond to employee support requests and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware.
  • Configure email accounts on different devices (computers, tablets, smartphones).
  • Offer proactive and courteous support to ensure an optimal user experience.
  • Configure computers for new employees following the internal process and update the equipment inventory.
  • Provide basic maintenance and troubleshooting of workstations, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Monitor and maintain backup systems to ensure data security.
  • Conduct research to identify solutions to complex problems and apply them.
  • Document procedures and solutions in our internal knowledge base.
  • Enforce IT security policies and ensure configuration compliance.
  • Raise awareness of IT security best practices.
  • Propose improvements to existing IT processes.
  • Participate in internal projects to optimize our technology infrastructure.
  • You have basic experience or training in IT support, networks or a related field.
  • You are curious, autonomous and passionate about technology.
  • You learn quickly and are not afraid to experiment.
  • A first experience with Windows, Mac OS, and network management (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi) is an asset.
  • You are comfortable diagnosing and fixing software and hardware issues.
  • Bilingual French/English.
