IT Support Technician
Description
Your responsibilities:
- Provide technical support (level 1 and 2) to on-site and remote employees;
- Manage and configure Windows and macOS workstations;
- Create and maintain user accounts (Active Directory, other identity tools);
- Apply and maintain security policies (GPO, etc.);
- Install, configure and update software and equipment;
- Administer collaborative services (Microsoft 365 – Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive);
- Participate in the management of the computer park: purchasing, inventory, configuration;
- Document procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services.
You are the ideal person if:
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role;
- You have a car and you are ready to go to the customer’s site at Mirabel airport at least 3 days a week;
- You master the Windows environment as well as macOS;
- You have a solid command of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and remote support tools;
- You have outstanding customer service, a good sense of autonomy and team spirit;
- You have knowledge of job management tools (e.g., Jamf or others) — an asset
- You have an excellent command of French (both oral and written) and a good knowledge of English for IT tools and technical communication;
