Technical Director

• Lead and mentor a team of 4 to 5 developers, supporting their technical and professional growth.
• Oversee the architecture and quality of solutions built with Laravel, CodeIgniter, React, and VueJS.
• Translate P3F’s vision and our clients’ needs into clear technical direction for the team.
• Take part in strategic decisions related to technology, development processes, and the evolution of our stack.
• Serve as an effective bridge between the development, project, and management teams.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automation into our solutions and our ways of working.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and security of technical deliverables.

• You have 8 to 10 years of experience in web development, including experience managing or leading a team;
• You’re proficient in Laravel or CodeIgniter, as well as React or VueJS;
• You have a solid understanding of software architecture and development best practices;
• You can understand a client’s business needs and translate them into concrete technical solutions;
• You have natural leadership skills and know how to motivate and grow a team;
• You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once;
